		<description>I can&#039;t believe Australia has only just been lucky enough to be able to get the Vibram FiveFingers! I&#039;ve been wearing them since last year and love them! Not only do they help you to improve posture and encourage a more natural gait but they have also helped to alleviate a knee injury that occured with me after running long distances in regular running shoes! I think its due to the fact that my feet now strike with the forefoot first and the way my body is positioned there is less pressure mounted on the joints</description>
